1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Platinum Services Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and all travel services provided by us, including tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and other related services across India.

By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our services, you ("Customer", "Traveler", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

✅ 7-Working-Day Full Refund Guarantee (Cooling-off Period): After you make the payment, you can request a 100% full refund within 7 working days from the date of booking confirmation. This applies to all our standard packages (3 days/2 nights, 2 adults + 2 children below 5 years). No questions asked, provided no services (like flight/hotel bookings) have been irrevocably confirmed. To claim, email support@platinumservices.in with your Booking ID within 7 working days of payment. Refund will be processed via original payment method within 10 working days.
Important: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment (typically 30% to 50% of total package cost) and issue a confirmation voucher via email. Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before departure unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 Package Validity: Our standard tour packages (3 days / 2 nights for 2 adults + 2 children below 5 years) are valid for 1 full year from the date of issue. You may travel any time within this validity period (subject to availability and seasonal pricing differences). Unused packages beyond 1 year are non-refundable, but can be extended with a reactivation fee of ₹1,500 + applicable cost difference.

2.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and major digital wallets. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Any currency conversion charges or bank fees shall be borne by the customer.

2.4 Price Variations: Package prices are subject to change based on fuel costs, taxes, seasonality, or government regulations. However, once your booking is confirmed and full payment received, the price is guaranteed (excluding government-imposed taxes introduced later).

2.5 GST & Taxes: All prices are exclusive of 5% GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be added at the time of billing.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows, incorporating the 7-working-day full refund guarantee:

  • Within 7 working days of payment (cooling-off period): 100% Full Refund (no cancellation fee). Applicable for all 3D/2N packages and other standard tours.
  • Cancellation 30+ days before departure: 90% refund (10% processing fee).
  • Cancellation 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of total package cost.
  • Cancellation 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days or no-show: No refund.
  • Tour modifications (date change, route change): Subject to availability and may incur additional charges of up to ₹2,500 per change. However, date change request made within package validity (1 year) is allowed with a fee of ₹2,500 + any peak season supplement.

Refunds are processed within 15-20 working days and will be credited via the original payment method. Any bank/transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount (except for 7-working-day full refund where no deduction applies).

Note: For flight tickets, train bookings, or third-party hotel reservations made on your behalf, cancellation charges as per the respective provider's policy will apply separately. The 7-day refund guarantee does not apply to third-party non-refundable services if already booked at your request.
Package validity extension reminder: Since your package remains valid for 1 year, you can reschedule instead of canceling (subject to date change fee) to avoid losing full value.

4. Changes by Platinum / Force Majeure

4.1 Changes by Us: We reserve the right to modify itineraries, substitute hotels with similar or higher category, or alter transportation arrangements if required for operational reasons. We will notify you as soon as possible.

4.2 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics (including COVID-19), government restrictions, political unrest, strikes, weather conditions, or flight cancellations. In such events, we will offer alternative dates or travel credits, but cash refunds may not be guaranteed. However, if your 3D/2N package remains unused due to force majeure, we will provide a travel credit voucher valid for another 12 months.

5. Travel Documents & Health

All travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar card, passport, driver's license, or voter ID) for domestic travel within India. For international itineraries (if offered), valid passport with minimum 6 months validity and appropriate visas are mandatory.

We recommend all travelers to have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss. Platinum Services Solutions can assist in purchasing insurance but does not assume liability for uninsured losses.

For high-altitude treks (Ladakh, Himachal, etc.), travelers are advised to consult a physician regarding fitness and acclimatization. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone deemed medically unfit for strenuous activities.

Children below 5 years: As per our standard package, up to 2 children below 5 years are accommodated free of cost in existing bedding (meal inclusions as per hotel policy). Please inform us of any special requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Platinum Services Solutions acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, activity operators). We shall not be held liable for:

  • Any injury, death, loss, or damage caused by third-party service providers.
  • Delays, missed connections, or baggage mishandling by airlines or railways.
  • Theft, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
  • Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from travel services.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the total booking amount paid by the customer. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

7. Customer Conduct & Responsibilities

By traveling with us, you agree to:

  • Follow the instructions of tour guides and local laws.
  • Respect local customs, heritage sites, and fellow travelers.
  • Not engage in illegal activities, substance abuse, or disruptive behavior.
  • Disclose any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to terminate the tour of any customer whose behavior endangers others or disrupts the experience, without any refund.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as name, contact details, ID proofs, and payment information solely for booking and service delivery. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for travel arrangements (hotels, transport). For more details, please review our separate Privacy Policy.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint regarding our services, please inform our local representative immediately so we can attempt to resolve it on the spot. For unresolved issues, you may write to us at grievance@platinumservices.in within 15 days of tour completion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. General Terms

10.1 Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

10.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Platinum Services Solutions regarding travel services, superseding any prior agreements or representations.

10.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10.4 Special Note on 3D/2N Family Package: The standard offering "3 Days & 2 Nights" is curated for 2 adults + 2 children (below 5 years). The package includes accommodation, sightseeing as per itinerary, and meals as specified. The 1-year validity starts from the date of invoice. Within 7 working days of payment, you may claim a full refund. After that, standard cancellation applies.
