Please read these terms carefully before booking any travel services with Platinum Services Solutions. They govern your relationship with us and outline important legal information.
Welcome to Platinum Services Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and all travel services provided by us, including tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and other related services across India.
By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our services, you ("Customer", "Traveler", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment (typically 30% to 50% of total package cost) and issue a confirmation voucher via email. Full payment must be completed at least 15 days before departure unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 Package Validity: Our standard tour packages (3 days / 2 nights for 2 adults + 2 children below 5 years) are valid for 1 full year from the date of issue. You may travel any time within this validity period (subject to availability and seasonal pricing differences). Unused packages beyond 1 year are non-refundable, but can be extended with a reactivation fee of ₹1,500 + applicable cost difference.
2.3 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and major digital wallets. All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Any currency conversion charges or bank fees shall be borne by the customer.
2.4 Price Variations: Package prices are subject to change based on fuel costs, taxes, seasonality, or government regulations. However, once your booking is confirmed and full payment received, the price is guaranteed (excluding government-imposed taxes introduced later).
2.5 GST & Taxes: All prices are exclusive of 5% GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be added at the time of billing.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows, incorporating the 7-working-day full refund guarantee:
Refunds are processed within 15-20 working days and will be credited via the original payment method. Any bank/transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount (except for 7-working-day full refund where no deduction applies).
4.1 Changes by Us: We reserve the right to modify itineraries, substitute hotels with similar or higher category, or alter transportation arrangements if required for operational reasons. We will notify you as soon as possible.
4.2 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics (including COVID-19), government restrictions, political unrest, strikes, weather conditions, or flight cancellations. In such events, we will offer alternative dates or travel credits, but cash refunds may not be guaranteed. However, if your 3D/2N package remains unused due to force majeure, we will provide a travel credit voucher valid for another 12 months.
All travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar card, passport, driver's license, or voter ID) for domestic travel within India. For international itineraries (if offered), valid passport with minimum 6 months validity and appropriate visas are mandatory.
We recommend all travelers to have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss. Platinum Services Solutions can assist in purchasing insurance but does not assume liability for uninsured losses.
For high-altitude treks (Ladakh, Himachal, etc.), travelers are advised to consult a physician regarding fitness and acclimatization. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone deemed medically unfit for strenuous activities.
Children below 5 years: As per our standard package, up to 2 children below 5 years are accommodated free of cost in existing bedding (meal inclusions as per hotel policy). Please inform us of any special requirements.
Platinum Services Solutions acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides, activity operators). We shall not be held liable for:
Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the total booking amount paid by the customer. Travelers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
By traveling with us, you agree to:
We reserve the right to terminate the tour of any customer whose behavior endangers others or disrupts the experience, without any refund.
We collect personal information such as name, contact details, ID proofs, and payment information solely for booking and service delivery. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for travel arrangements (hotels, transport). For more details, please review our separate Privacy Policy.
If you have any complaint regarding our services, please inform our local representative immediately so we can attempt to resolve it on the spot. For unresolved issues, you may write to us at grievance@platinumservices.in within 15 days of tour completion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10.1 Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
10.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Platinum Services Solutions regarding travel services, superseding any prior agreements or representations.
10.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
10.4 Special Note on 3D/2N Family Package: The standard offering "3 Days & 2 Nights" is curated for 2 adults + 2 children (below 5 years). The package includes accommodation, sightseeing as per itinerary, and meals as specified. The 1-year validity starts from the date of invoice. Within 7 working days of payment, you may claim a full refund. After that, standard cancellation applies.
